Description
Capybaras are the world’s largest rodents, native to South America. They live in swamps, riverbanks, and forests. Weighing 35–70 kg, they are social herbivores that live in groups of 10-40 animals.
They are known for their calm nature, webbed feet, and ability to stay underwater for up to five minutes. They can live up to 18-10 years in the wild and 12 years in captivity.
